Pairs League Round 4
Tuesday 25th June
It was a 'full house' for the Brendon All Stars as they maxed out the points to win Tuesday's evening pairs league. Matt Sampson bagged 7lbs 11oz of silvers off end peg 12 to win the Lower Basin whilst partner London Tone Hillas also bagged the silvers for a 9lb+ bag off peg 33 to win the Second Basin.
Simon Hockaday and Mark Gratton bagged a steady 6lbs of silvers apiece and their consistency earned them second place. League leaders Me and My Boy picked up third and retained their commanding lead with Si Allen finishing third in section and Dave Allen 6th in section.
The Lager Louts had an off night not helped by the late arrival of Ady Larkins, and for last time winners Carp or Bust is was sadly a 'Bust' night!
