Pairs League - Round 6 Stu Bell Trophy
Dick Turner pole fished his way to a near 14lb bag of silvers to win the Lower Basin section but partner Brian Powel could only manage 5th in the upper Basin, resulting in Team Faint Heart having to share the Stu Bell Trophy. With Matt Sampson on Tamar Lake duty stand in Ryan Willshire bagged 4lbs of bits for a credtable Upper Basin 3rd which when combined with Tony Hillas's 12lbs and second in the Lower Basin section was enough for the Brendon All Stars to share the win. Me and my Boy saw thier league lead cut to just 0.5 of a point but did finish third with Simon Allen winning the Upper Basin Section.
