Public Protection at Cornwall Council have brought to our attention that rodents are again populating the banks adjacent to Falcon Bridge (these are the kind of rodents we do not welcome).
Due to the water vole population the Council are unable to toxic bait these rodents as with the previous infestations. The Council are therefore requesting visitors refrain from feeding the water fowl in the hope that this has an effect on the rodents being there. In addition to this we can help by ensuring that all baits and any food sources are removed from the canal. I am sure you already comply with this but it is worth restating so we at least have a chance of eradicating the rodents. Cheers - Paul
