Summer League R5 - BR Autospares Wag n Msg Trophy

Simon Allen took the annual Wag n Mag trophy with a 16lb bag of skimmers off peg 17.  Using a 9 meter whip Paul Braund could have done with 30 minutes extra as the skimmers came thick and fast in the last hour but he fell a couple of skimmers short and had to settle for second with 15lbs.  Matt Sampson 'mugged' Jack Crystal for third landing an 8lb carp bang on the whistle for 12lbs 13ozs.  Jacks 12lbs of silvers did earn him the Second Basin section win with the Lower Basin going to Brian Powel with 7lbs 5ozs.
